Researcher Performance Rating:

A calculated value informed by a researcher’s % of orders that are:

  • timely (completed per initial estimated time of completion)

  • accurate for searched first/last name

  • accurate for date of birth

  • accurate for “look back” years per order’s business rule

  • accurate for capturing all applicable case detail

A researcher and/or their employer is incentivized to maintain a high performance rating because their rating is factored into our order-to-researcher matching logic. Researchers with higher ratings will have access to more orders.
